Evacuation
When fire alarms go off, it is a signal to evacuate the building!
- People get up from their work and put on their coats.
- Students take their things and put on their coats.
- Everyone takes the shortest, most convenient route out and gather at the gathering point
- It is important that people help each other with the evacuation
- Elevators stop when fire alarm system is activated
- Work is underway to define gathering areas for people with reduced mobility in all buildings (unfinished project)
- Generally, stairwells are safe refuge areas until the fire department arrives
- It is important that bystanders assist people with reduced mobility and notify the fire department of their location
- The fire department responds immediately to requests for assistance

For everything to go well, everyone must work together!
- Arrives at the scene and looks for the source of the danger.
- Calls other supervisors if necessary.
- Calls the emergency line (112) if necessary.
- Turns off the fire alarm once the danger has passed.
- Manage the evacuation of the classroom.
- Lead students to the assembly point.
- Take attendance at the assembly point.
- Assist with the evacuation.
- Evacuate their own area.
- Direct people to the assembly point.
